Managing Partner & Founder

Dino Vendetti

Dino has spent the past 35 years in venture capital and startups. He founded Seven Peaks Ventures in 2013 and spent the prior 13 years at Bay Partners, Vulcan Ventures, and Formative Ventures. He co-founded the real estate tech company CrowdStreet in 2014 and earlier in his career led the product teams at Qualcomm and Metawave, and held engineering and management roles at US West Cellular and TRW.

Dino is currently Chairman of the Board of CrowdStreet and Bright MD and a board member of Virtuous Software and Talkoot.

Dino earned his BSEE degree from San Diego State University, and the MSEE and MBA degrees from the University of Washington.

Tom Gonser

Tom is a serial entrepreneur having founded three startups, most notably DocuSign where he was the Chief Strategy and Product Officer from inception through it's IPO. Tom, through his leadership at DocuSign created the category of electronic signatures and ushering in the era of digital execution of documents and smart contracts. Earlier in his career Tom held senior sales, marketing, and business development roles at Apple, McCaw Cellular (AT&T Wireless), and Wildfire Communications.

Tom currently serves on the boards of Amitree, Amp'd, Trusona, and Prime Trust.

Tom earned the BS degree in Economics from the University of Washington.

CFO

Joe Franzi

Joe is a career finance professional having spent over 20 years at KPMG as a senior partner in the Tax and Audit practice. He then joined Paul Allen's Vulcan Inc., where he was the VP of Finance responsible for all tax and risk management matters, and also was intimately involved in structuring many complex investments and transactions. Later, Joe served as the Managing Director and interim Chief Investment Officer at Cornerstone Advisors, a private wealth management firm. He earned his BS in Accounting and JD degrees at the University of San Francisco.
